Established in 2010, as a Commercial Consultancy, Action insight Management (AiM) Ltd. have  in association with the Scottish Government developed an industry leading platform for FMCG Commercial Planning.

Based on methods and tools developed internally with Diageo, Scottish & Newcastle and Heineken etc., AiM specialise in driving actionable shopper insights from your EPOS data. For over twenty years, Graeme has lead sales, marketing and category development teams in a number of international branded FMCG companies such as Diageo and Philip Morris. Previous roles included the development and roll-out of in-depth analytical modelling tools across the UK multiple grocer channel, integrating profit building methodologies across Europe as Commercial Director with Scottish & Newcastle International and rolling out global commercial best practice with Heineken International.
